The forces of nature took place during the month of August 2005 that interrupted and changed the lives of a particular social class of people. Needless to say the majority of that change affected the Black population the most in New Orleans, Louisiana. Not only did this drastic change affect the lives in New Orleans but Haiti as well. It has seemed to be that some unknown force has plagued only a particular race. But before jumping to conclusion of racial indifference in society, this force of nature knew no color or boundary. But the answer to that indifference surfaced throughout the media as a singular word called REFUGEE. REFUGEE defined as: "a person who flees for refuge or safety, esp. to a foreign country, as in time of political upheaval, war, etc.”
Who really has rights in America? Who really possesses anything in this country? And who has their say to what is right and what is wrong? Well instead of answering that in my own words; let's make history decide those answers.
A mogul's daughter was found guilty in possession of narcotics. But this wasn't the first time but among the many. And on August 27, 2010, Paris Hilton was found guilty in possession not only once source of narcotic but two different types. This was not about innocent to be proven guilty. She was caught in possession of cocaine and marijuana. And on top of that the police never confiscated anything from this criminal during their routine stop. Normally they would seize all items in the criminal possession. But she was allowed to keep her hang bag. The next scene shown her blatantly reaching in her hand bag and taking out a shiny tube of lip balm then a small bag fell out of her purse. She didn't notice the bag of cocaine that fell out for the authorities to see. And to really put the icing on the cake she was released without bail. Now, if this Mogul’s daughter was that black 15 year old girl who got punched in the face by authorities, she would be in juvenile way before the doctors even looked at her mutilated face.
Another so called mogul's victim wanted justice. This should have never seen a day in court. What rights did Lindsay Lohan have for drug abuse and public intoxication? Apparently both of these women had the constitutional rights to ownership. Both of them became public figures in honor to society. And Tiger Woods was abandoned by those same rights simply because of his infidelity. Although those two women were honored, color still remained an issue in the eyes of society. But what really brought this to my attention was the appearance of Paris Hilton on Dr. Phil's show. She claimed to be the self righteous person degrading Michael Vick, a football player, for animal abuse. She was allowed to speak on his behalf on Dr. Phil’s show simply because she carried the name, Hilton. What has this country come to?
These two women have been on several drug possession charges and still being allowed as a public figure to society. But instead of dropping those two out of the sight in the public eye, they were offered interviews on talk shows, commercials, ads, and etc...It seemed to be that they can do no wrong. But in the case of infidelity in Tiger Woods case, he was instantly denied access to being a public figure. When did bad become good? A child can be a prostitute and also have a drug addiction, but can't marry interracial? So let’s put this to the test and see what would happen if Paris or Lindsay married a Black man? Would he be treated the same if he did drugs and slept with other women? Would he be considered a job for simply putting his sex tape online? Could they do no wrong in today’s society? OJ Simpson got away with murder and what happened to him? I don't condone this sort of behavior, but to the simple fact that bad became good.
But that’s not all in the case of being a criminal in America. Several other cases have sprung in the media about so called victims of child trafficking. These criminals used God as their right to do their bidding. Most people don’t consider this a crime in the eyes of certain races. But those people in the world have always been the same as with the word, possession. Who has rights? Although a natural disaster affected a specific social class in different races, it affected the black people the most. And as those same people who illegally possessed the land in America viewed the massive deaths in New Orleans and Haiti, it didn’t affect their emotions one bit. They had no care in their eyes to what happened in those regions; in fact they vacationed in Florida without beat.
Those criminals were found guilty for child trafficking only Black Children during both of those disasters. The traffickers were not only white but used the name of God to promote their justification. Needless to say, those individuals were released back in society again to do their bidding. But who is to say that maybe those people in Haiti were the same ones who stole the black children in New Orleans? These people most certainly didn't fly to Chile to traffic their children. It was a part of society they didn't want. It's all about money, greed and power in today's world. The Constitutional Law simply doesn't consider rights to ownership to Black people not only in America, but throughout the entire world. The American rights violated that principle with Haitians in their own country. That law should NOT have weight to jurisdiction in other countries. What this all boils down to is stipulating the idea of ownership to possession. This law of possession has proven its right many times in different countries. The media uncovered that secret to what certain societies have done to possession the land.
The story of those the people in New Orleans have raised an eyebrow how this country was established. This is a greedy nation of wolves in sheep clothing. But one individual has brought something to the table with the turning of times. “The last shall be first and the first shall be last” How long will these moguls last? They have yet to see through the eyes of the Lord. But the time is winding down to a new beginning. No more will those kinds of people be treated the way they have for centuries. For you see, it doesn’t take much sense to know their small steps to ownership. Why was the Thomas family from New Orleans evacuated to Arizona? It was a buildup in their scheme to possess New Orleans. And once again the media covers their story in secret code. They made this act seemed right in the public view, but it was a plot for criminal activity in plain sight. These people are not here to help society, but to rape it. That new immigration law in Arizona has given the rights to ownership. But to who did this law gave the rights, most certainly not to those people? Society has long forgotten the history of this country. That immigration law in Arizona wasn't about the Mexican border, but the rights to possessing the land. The same thing that happened to the Indians happened to the Thomas family in 2005. That Status Quo became reality to them. "Do what I say, not as I do." And that simply means, "I will take you land but you can't take mines." "I will give you the desert for your rich land."
